    Team Sauerland and Hennessy Sport are pleased to announce that the IBF World Cruiserweight Championship showdown between Yoan Pablo Hernandez (29-1, 14 KOs) and Ola Afolabi (21-3-4, 10 KOs) will be broadcast LIVE on Channel 5 (8.30-10.30pm).

    British boxing fans will now have the chance to follow London-born Afolabi as he attempts to dethrone the Cuban cruiserweight king on Saturday, December 6 at the EWE Arena in Oldenburg, Germany.

    Best news I've heard all day. Hopefully Ola brings the heat this is a winnable fight for him but he'll no doubt fall just short as usual. Bit of a sparring partner mentality.

      He appears a very lazy, languid fighter, which is a shame. He has some serious power

        His power definitely improved as did his technique after sparring the Klitschko's he started looking very promising but seems to of turned into the second coming of Kevin Johnson which sucks.
        Seriously hope he makes the most of this against a very inconsistent and often vulnerable Hernandez

        Its great, its not a bad wee card either should be some good action fights anyway.

          channel 5 could be better if they got rid of the corporate nerd who presents it, get rid of bernstein and put some british boxers presenting/commenting with a sense of humour and who are opinionated.
