He beat Maidana, apart for a stumble in round 10, he controlled the fight, why give a rematch?

He's been wanting to fight Pac for ages, and has made it clear if the Floyd fight doesnt happen, then he'd like to fight Pac.

Why wud Khan fight Thurmann, what does he bring to the table? I'm a fan of Keith by the way

Khans trying to move fowards, not backwards, Devon is a step forwards in securing his dream fight. Brook fight will happen, though i know that, because the money is too good to pass on and it will give Khan another chance at the limelight, if he loses to Devon or Floyd/Pac..
Khan was picked up by the media as a young Olympian, but Warren started to really build his UK media profile. He got so far, and then GBP took over on the world stage. A carefully managed and gradually built profile.

Brook had some setbacks with the Alexander stuff, but Hearn’s building Kell now. MANY more yanks know his name after he schooled Porter. He’s far behind Khan in terms of Media profile, but way ahead in terms of ring generalship. When they clash Khan will get a good retirement package from Hearn, but it will be Brook calling the shots.
Winning an Olympic medal at 17 had nothing to do with promoters. He has been a household name since then.

Carefully managed? He fought Marcos Maidana in his second fight under GBP. He agreed to fight Bradley who refused to fight him. There was literally no one he wouldn't fight at 140lbs....

Khan is the biggest fight out there for Brook, the same can't be said vice versa. Hearn and Brook are praying that Khan doesn't get the Mayweather fight. That right there tells you who's really calling the shots.

Idk how Brook fans can claim that Khan was carefully managed when Brook has fought nothing but bums his whole career apart from 1 decent win in Porter. It took his 28 years to fight a decent name other than that he's only fought bums in his hometown.

and he also ducked Alexander and Bradley.

Khan should have fought Alexander last year.

I like Khan but he needs to STFU

Imagine if Brook gets the Mayweather shot before Khan since he's a champion

Brook would need a huge win to nick that fight and preferably in the states. Maybe he could fight Maidana and people can compare his performance to Floyds or fight Tim Bradley

Khan Is Delusional; Brook Can Fight Marquez In Wenbley-Screw Khan Job

Last I checked Brook has the title and Khan makes no wants. Khan needs to worry about Alexander first. Brook could fight almost anyone for a sold out fight at Wembley; khan had years to fight Brook's calling of him out and chose to ignore Brook. Brook fought Porter who was credible. Tell Khan to go best up Thurman or Provo for a title shot. I'm soooooo tired of this Khan-job weasel.

No, he was undeniably a promising and attractive young Olympian. But media coverage is what built him into a household name. Very orchestrated stuff… he’s obviously got talent but he’s also a product of an industry designed to make money from recognisable faces. If you don’t understand that it’s ok, but most people do.

A true champion wants to test themselves and show they’re the best. They’re are many boxers that Khan could demonstrate his talents against, but he’s consistently pitted against lesser opponents. After the next fight, if it ever happens, Maidana, Peterson, Garcia & Alexander will be the 4 biggest names on his record (not counting olds like Barrera). He was forced into fighting Maidana and almost lost, ODLH wanted none of it before hand. Peterson & Garcia both beat him despite being hand picked underdogs and Alexander has a 50% KO average.

Brook, Thurman, Porter, Bradley, JMM, Matthysse would all make light work of Khan.

I agree with the last bit of what you said, but the champ takes the lion’s share and that’s all there is to it.
