    Is the Briggs-Vladimir debacle staged?

Personally, I think Briggs is a crazed, roid raging lunatic who realizes he ran out of luck and gets no attention after Vitali knocked him ******ed and sent him to hospital. He is also bitter that he was robbed of his purse from that fight and that he is irrelevant by now.

Or... is this all staged, a promotional trick? Is Vlad actually going to fight this bum?

I think Briggs just finds out where he is going to be and shows up, he wants a big pay day. Wladimir will no doubt fight him.

Its not going to be hard for him to find out where Wlad will be, pretty sure they virtually live down the Road from each other.

I "think" he's just a roided lunatic bum chasing a pay cheque.

      BUT

There is enough cause for doubt isn't there.

I can't help but wonder either if it is all a bit staged.

The motivation could be, well a faded greats name on WK's resume, the hyping up from all the theatrics could generate quite a bit of case, particular since there'd be some that think Briggs looks strong and has the champ a bit rattled. And Briggs gets a fat pay too. Little risk for Wlad, money for Briggs, fans satisfied (who buy into it), business done.

I'm not really sold on this^ but there's a possibility.

Mainly because some of the video's are so ****ing funny, particularly the episode on the water that it's easy to believe it's staged.

They should release "Let's go Champ, the series"

I honestly can't see how Wlad would agree to something so ******. He's a proud heavyweight champion and wouldn't do anything to harm his reputation like that.

Well, I don't personally think he was very great.

But hanging around guys like you long enough, everybody seems to be considered great around 10 years from their prime lol.

You should now that Americans are fond of calling Briggs "The last great American HW"

I am as sceptical as you are, don't worry.

Briggs would still KO almost any HW South of the 80's though.

Damn if Vlad is truly pissed he should just get Vitali down there for a 'brotherly visit'

                  Oh good.

I don't think no sane human being would ever think Briggs was great.

In fact, he's the epitome of 'average'. He was average from start to finish really, and I don't think he's better now.

I hope Wlad won't fight him, which I don't think he will.

Everybody has phones with cameras today. Whoever filmed that didn't necessarily have to know who Vlad and Briggs are. As others point out, Briggs is just finding out where Vlad goes and stalks him around. The only one staging anything is Briggs himself.
