Praise Bob!!
How this guy has supporters and defenders is beyond anything my tiny brain can fathom. The history he has as well as the controversy surrounding Top Rank shud indicate you cant trust anything he says or even have good faith in the staged events, he clearly had Pac robbed in Bradley1 & his "public outbursts" screaming corruption are enough ro take the heat off his ass...fall for it all the time as well as they will now...1st off if Algieri had been stripped who would be fighting for the title? Pacman of course. Lucas Matthysse is ranked no. 1 wbo and who is he signed with? Haymon!! Meaning Pac wud have to fight matthysse..wait wait which wud mean bob wud have to negotiaite with Haymon? WBO then states "nevermind Chris may keep his title" ..cmon now, WBO is Top Rank HQ

Wrong! It was Joe DeGuardia (CEO of Star Boxing, Chris Algieri's longtime promoter) who got the WBO to put their plan to strip Chris Algieri on hold not Bob Arum. DeGuardia had objected to the decision immediately at the WBO convention and then sent a very strong protest letter to the WBO. DeGuardia, who is also an attorney, and former fighter (Golden Gloves Champion) made it clear that he would vehemently protect Algieri's title rights and expects the WBO will enforce its own rules.
