Arum doesn't care about money. He has more than he could spend already and he is in his 80's. This is personal for him. I don't think he ever forgave Floyd for leaving him and making the biggest fight in the sport at the time without him. He won't let Floyd beat his cash cow.
Plus I don't think Floyd's ego would let Top Rank dictate any terms to him. The fight will only happen 100% on his terms or no fight. Don't think we ever see this one.
