What is the name of the PRIME, ELITE welterweight fighter that floyd has defeated that makes him "TBE"?

My guess is Floyd calling himself TBE isn't related to just his run at ww. while at ww, he went up to 154 3 times to beat the #1 JMW at the time, in addition to beating Mosley when he was the consensus #1 ww, even though he wasn't prime.

The prime ww's at the time-pwill, margs-were never elite. The only prime, elite ww was manny, who refused the fight at the time.
