I also think it's ****** to think Kovalev is 'way' better than GGG
Kovalev was 188 last night. He has height and reach over gennady and probably faster hands. I love both guys but Kovalev would be too big for GGG.

I don't think kovalev's better but they're about the same level and the bigger man will always have the advantage in that situation.

This would never happen. GGG is to busy calling out welterweights and junior middleweights because those are the only fights he wants.

Have the paper champ in your sig drop the catchweight lineal belt then.

It's clear they don't want that fight.
So you think it makes financial sense to wait for a guy who is in court, will need multiple tuneups, claims he's the A-side but won't produce an offer?

It's more than clear, it's a blatant fact.

I don't have a problem with GGG's team not wanting to fight Ward. I'm glad they were humble enough to go back on their original statements of wanting to fight everyone from 154-168.

I just don't understand why GGG fanboys continually try to convince people otherwise regarding something that is out there for public consumption. GGG's manager is quoted as saying he doesn't want the Ward fight.

Because you're thick as pig****, obviously. I just showed you how it makes zero financial sense. There's no offer. Ward can't or doesn't wanna make one, GGG cant make it yet, but when he can, he's the A-side no question. In the mean time better get on with those tuneups

Kovalev and Golovkin could be Ward's ticket to greatness.

I love that Hopkins said real fighters take tough fights in the post fight interview, he's 100% correct, we need to stop supporting the mismatches.
Yeah let these guys be. Let's them fight he best of their own division until there is nobody left, then look elsewhere if need be. Let Kovalev call out Ward & Stevenson at '75. Let GGG beat up everyone at 160. Floyd will never go up to fight GGG, and he knows why. Maybe Danny Garcia is willing to fight Cotto or Canelo??? Not. Stop protecting these fighters and allow the best of the best to fight one another in their own divisions. Hagler cleaned out 160 and dominated for years. Leonard, Hearns, and Duran fought each other multiple times, cleaning out '47, before they went up in weight for new challenges. Let GGG & Kovalev do the same thing.

Both of them have the WBC & The Ring strap to take in their division first.
