That's just a ****** fight at this point- for both guys. What the hell would that do for Kovalev at this point? He wouldn't get credit for beating him, people would just call Beterbiev an overhyped Euro who beat nobody.
Kovalev holds 3 belts..... Beterbiev is NOT a legacy fight yet. Pascal/Ward/Adonis are.
And for Beterbiev he hasn't even fought the Pascal's/Fonfara's/etc of the division... why the hell would he just go straight into a fight with the best LHW in the world with less then 10 fights.
