Khan is your favorite fighter's favorite fighter in terms of taking up a challenge. Signing with GBP and fighting in America right after winning his first title and defending it in challenger's backyards is the testament of that.
However, he needed a management team that would guide him properly. Khan foolishly skipped on Devon Alexander who held the IBF belt in late 2013. If he was with Haymon then I believe it would've not been that way.
Khan should've fought Brook right now, but avoiding him right now and taking on Algieri and factor in being with Haymon, I just don't see why it is not an indication of getting closer to the big fight.Comment

It was a catchweight because Haymon didn't want to put any gold up since he doesn't like showing other belts on PBC and probably thought he'd make out better keeping both guys as titlists. Backfired.
Danny said he can still make 140. Listen to him. he said it wasn't astruggle getting to 142 at all.Comment

Could say the same thing about Pacqauio. If Mayweather loses, it would likely be made in my opinion.Comment

One thing we can say is if after the Algieri fight he lands Pacman whether Manny wins or loses then Khan won't look as bad as he is right now for all the ducking he's doing, if he's still unable to land the mega fight then just lol.
I have a feeling there's probably a verbal agreement out there with Bob and Team Khan that Khan will get Manny next, just a gut feeling. That would explain why he chose to fight Chris who is a 0% risk fight.Comment
