As far as that goes, Pac has been craving for MAB for two years and was just told to buzz off because Barrera had no desire to face Erik's left-overs. The challenger, i.e., contender, had been challenging. The champ was not in any mood to give the challenger even the time of day.

Equally odd is that if Pac is MAB's mandatory, he being the #1 contender, why is WBC giving Pac only a week to reply? Does this mean that if Manny refuses to face Barrera at this time, Pac would lose his ranking and, thus, his right to being MAB's mandatory?

This whole scheme smacks of the very same thing that was done right before the Morales-Pac II meeting when Barrera's camp, already committed to face Chavez, called Pac out. The call was cancelled soon after Manny won, and Barrera eagerly resumed plans against Chavez. When Chavez was injured in training, a pall of silence descended on the Barrera camp, only to be broken when announcements were made that Pac was about to prepare for Morales III by taking on Larios. Something smells and it's not sweet. The way it looks, it's like dead salmon under the moonlight: it glows but it sure does stink!

Be that as it may, here's hoping that Pac would simply shelve Larios and take on the dare. Let's see if MAB's camp shall not put un-meetable demands.... If MAB doesn't, then, they should just get it on!
what's up grayfist? i have the same feeling that the sudden urge of MAB's camp to call on Pac at the time when Pac has already his sight on the Larios tuneup and Erik rubber match in September smells fishy. MAB and GBP as you pointed out have a habit of calling Pac's name when the latter has already committed to fight another and pulling out when the situation don't suit them. Like you, I'm also surprised that in this case, it is the "champion" that is calling out the challenger and not the other way which only underlines peoples' belief as who is the real champion in the super featherweight division.

From what I gathered, GBP wrote WBC's president Sulaiman. A few days later, Sulaiman sent the notice to Pacman's camp with a week's notice for Pac and his camp to accept it (only in WBC!).

I am in the opinion that this is the best fight for Pacman out there. Besides, I heard that Larios has already pulled out from the Manila fight citing the Philippines' political situation which by the way has already stabilized and the lack of exposure he wants since HBO decided not to cover it.

Furthermore, it is Pacmans chance to become a three-time world champion (if you didn't count the Ring belt at Featherweight) and to become the world's #1 P4P.

Pacquiao is hesitating because he agreed to fight Erik Morales for a 3rd time.

Heya buddy! If the Larios fight is out, then, like you, I hope Pac's camp would take a look at the Barrera call most seriously.

There's nuff time for Pac to take on both MAB and Erik, one after the other. Those should comprise a pretty good looking schedule.

Its not like he's been in so many wars the only wars he's been in are the one's with morales! other then that he makes it look easy, So he should fight the best now because right now is his time, forget a tuneup because you never know what will happen.

Man PAC was chasin' MAB's skirt around for 2 1/2 years.

PAC isn't desperate. He has too many options these days on who he chooses to have a one-night stand with(lol).

So PAC is suppose to drop his pants in a drop of a hat 'cause MAB suddenly chooses to drop her panty's... (lol)

Aren't y'all the same nuthuggers that claim that MAB, EM, and JMM

are all over-the-hill, past their primes, too many wars, too many punches, too many.....

So why would y'all wanna see another sure victory for PACGOD?

What did EM, MAB, and JMM suddenly found the "fountain of youth"

That exactly why they need to do this now before one of these fighters loose and takes all the ****e out of the fight just like the mayweather vs judah fight for Example. and we all know this is his best option for Paquiao

Screw you, you are the worst hater on here. Go back to loving that sorry ass excuse for a fighter, Strum. Both you and Barrera know what the deal is. Pacquiao is TIED up UNDER CONTRACT. You expect Pacquiao to get into hot water by breaking those contracts and not keeping his word. Comming from a ***** ass ***** like you who is just pure hater with nothing good to say, don't really mean ****. As for worse fans, I rather be the worse fan of a really good fighter than the best fan of a sorry ass one. Stick Stum's **** up your ass biatch!
