The only other name I can see that would be worth it would be Pascal, but even he seems like a part time fighter nowadays.

Beats waiting another year for Ward to fight Chavez Jr, a guy with literally zero chance. Who knows, maybe Andre will get excited about fighting again?

I actually think he'd move up if Kovalev wins tomorrow, but I don't give Kov much chance of doing so.

He was a middleweight at the beginning of his career genius. He struggled with Boone early in his career... Became #2 P4P and Super Middleweight King. He cleaned out the division of everyone but Andre Dirrell. He whooped somewhat weight drained Dawson the Lineal light heavyweight King at 175 who beat Bhop lol at the time. Dawson asked and made weight 168lbs. Bhop wants none of Ward and Stevenson's kept quiet. Only the GGG fanboys talk **** on Ward. Ward beats all 160-175 fighters. Ward just wants the earned respect and paydays... I think if he ditches his manager and gets Al Haymon we will get good fights out of Ward. And Chavez Jr is a **** fight but a tune up for when Ward beats GGG after he beats the Canelo vs Cotto winner. Ward vs Anthony Dirrell would be a decent fight waiting on GGG.

I think he should come to save the day for America after Kovalev destroys Hopkins tomorrow.

ward only fought at light heavyweight in the olympics so that his close personal friend andre dirrell could compete as well in the middleweight division.

in the amateur ranks you weigh in on the day of the fight and might be in the ring fighting two hours later. its not like the pros where you get roughly 36 hours to recover, allowing you to cut much more weight and get in the ring significantly heavier.

finally, as i have stated on numerous occasions already, ward isnt unwilling to move up to 175. in fact he has stated on multiple occasions he will move up to 175, just that he wants to allow himself to grow into the division naturally and not rush things.

there are fights at 168, not his fault most guys are ducking him like the plague. even so there are good fights to be made against guys willing to fight him, he just needs to get back in the ring right not and the rest isnt too important atm.

He will get to 175 eventually, some people clearly have motives with this trying to push Ward up to 175

                  You guys not fooling anybody

Ward will get to 175 eventually, maybe he wants to stay at 168 and Defend his Crown, nothing wrong with that either. Not sure when it became a requirement to move up once you take over a Division. Fighters SHOULD fighter where and at the weight they're most comfortable.

How about guys at 168 grow a pair and call this man out and to at least try to dethrone the best in the Division and the #2 P4P fighter in the world. It is a Sad when the Champion have to CHASE DOWN CONTENDERS when it is suppose to be the other way around.

Cmon dude dawson said he can make the weight comftorably, what was ward supposed to do? Say no? Dawson had no buisness at 168 and should have kept his mouth shut, and challenge ward to move up and take his LHW title. its as simple as that.

Why don't the Ward critics wait until he resolves his contract issues to see what he decides before complaining? It's well known that Ward was exploring a lucrative rematch with Froch or a fight with Chavez Jr before moving up to 175lb for good.
