And Canelo never said he wouldn't go to 154 he just said an interim wasn't worth it, and as I recall Pac was a SWW champ so the same expectations should apply

    • So...the "proof" Manny wasn't/isn't on PEDs is that he and Mayweather have been roughly the same size since their teenage years...but then when it comes to Manny fighting the guys Mayweather fought/is supposed to fight, suddenly Pac is so small and Mayweather a Hearns/Williams type welter.

He isn't fighting there because he is the A side of all of these fights, is lazy and doesn't HAVE to make 154.
Nope it's not laziness that prevents canelo from easily making 154. It's the fact that he is a young growing man and is simply outgrowing Jr middleweight. The fact that he was rehydrating 20 lbs+ on fight night proves he is too big.

Canelo says he can't make 152 so he can't make 152. That is that move on.

and canelo already said that if he fights pac there will be no catchweight.

and floyd is the same size as pac then how come he couldn't make the catchweight against marquez?
Canelo never said he couldn't make 154 tho he said he wouldn't for an interim belt), and if memory serves me wasn't Pac a champ there.

Floyd didn't make the CW because it wasn't worth it, similar to how canelo felt for Lara and Angulo

Actually the 40 mil was a starting point for negotiations, but Pac didn't bother to even try negotiating. Confirmed by Ariza while he was still with Pac.

Let's talk about this potential barnburner in Pacquiao-Vargas? Isn't it exciting?

Nope it's not just one win that makes Bradley great and top ten p4p'er. It's his entire career of wins and achievements and his skill level and ability to fight like a true champion like the best.

Pac is just too small to fight past at 154. His fight at jr middleweight was at a 150 catchweight and pac weighed in at 144 lbs. Floyd fought twice at 154 against oscar and cotto no catchweight.

Not talking about Bradley, I'm talking about Pac. You say Pacs run at 147 is better than Floyd's solely on the weight of the Bradley fight. His terrible choices of Algerie Rios Clottey not to mention definitely losing and in another instance Controversially winning with Marquez, are not considered at all because Bradley was just such a great win

Pac was a sww "champ". Everybody knows his 8 title is bogus. Whats sad is Floyds 5th is not much better. His fans kinda admit it by giving excises like " hes just a welter" but this paper champ keeps paying the 154 sanctioning fees, even for a fight at 147 lol
