I disagree. This is what Lampley as well as what I've heard many other experts say on Vargas.

Nah man its when fans are too passionate about a fighter that they come to the conclusion their fighter cant lose=Fanboys... thats not judging with a unbiased mind... i had canelo/lara a draw... what did you have it? And i didnt see anyone say he was overated, take a deep breath and slow down, cuz your getting ahead of yourself..All Due Respect.

I had it a draw, and/or Lara winning 7-5. I didn't have Canelo winning at all. I could see his case for a draw. It was a **** fight and the rounds that both fighters won weren't by a very wide margin. And I'm glad Lara got the L for fighting like a b^tch after all that **** he was talking.

I'm not being a fan boy when I say Canelo whoops Vargas. Vargas was never as technically sound as Canelo. Like I said, isn't crafty AT ALL. He's just a tough guy, and had a ton of heart.

This is how I KNOW you're young. Based on what was Canelo/Lara a draw? Lara was winning early with effective movement and quick hands. Canelo adjusted and Lara's effective movement, became "running" after a while. You cannot win a championship caliber fight that way. Canelo's body punching, effective aggressiveness, and bravery won him that fight down the stretch. Lara did all that arrogant talking during the build-up and forgot to FIGHT in the actual fight, Smh. Newbies I tell ya. I guess you thought Vargas beat Winky Wright too, ey?
