Wow, that would be a textbook knockout for Canelo. Vargas would be looking up at the lighting in the venue. Can you imagine Vargas lookin up at the Brooklyn Nets propaganda hanging from the top of the arena, trying to piece together what it really is? That would be amazing.

Your judging vargas post trinidad, thats obvious here. Canelo got spanked by floyd, gomez was tagging and winning before the ref stopped it, and got rocked by jose miguel cotto..... vargas had fought better competition in 20 pro fights, while it took canelo 37 fight before he fought someone with a name....and in those 20 fight never got rocked or dropped until tito... i like canelo but would not beat vargas...id bet real money on that if possible..

Your opinion is your opinion and vise versa. The first 3-4 rounds, Canelo was in "boxing" mode against Lara. After the 4th round, he said forget this, I HAVE to make Lara fight. He turned into an aggressive pressure fighter and attacked Lara. That's why he won the fight. He was getting outboxed and made the proper adjustment. What fight did you watch?

You guys are trying to hate on Canelo because that's what this site does, but truth is, Vargas got hit too much and you cannot admit that. Canelo punches too hard and is fast and accurate as well.
