Wow...I already had Hopkins winning, but if this is really their gameplan...its over before its before.

Hopkins has so much more knowledge and experience than the crusher, that Kovalev's best chance really was to try to rough the old man up.

The fight fan in me hopes Sergey fights aggresive, instead of us seeing the Russian get outboxed for 12 rounds via a boring Hopkins UD that he sure wouldnt mind winning.

After the boos start, Kovalev will get distracted and stop boxing. He will try to satisfy the fans and chase Hopkins. That is if Kovalev does start off by boxing. It won't last long once he sees how ineffective he is at boxing a defensive genius and slippery fox like Hopkins.

You're probably right and if Kovalev wins it will be because Hopkins is too old or he got old over night. The fact is whoever wins should get credit for a good win, not a bunch of excuses about being overrated or too old.
