OK then ignore Kovalev and look at Hopkins.. The story was supposed to be that he moved networks to pursue a big fight with Hopkins. After all of this talk about how Kovalev wasn't even on the map and they came for Hopkins, according to Hopkins, Stevenson's team didn't even return his phonecalls.

By the Pascal DUCK I think people stopped even caring.

No matter how you slice it he's trying to milk his belt fighting the easiest competition that won't see him stripped.

You totally missed my point. This move had nothing to do with any other fighter, neither Hopkins not Kovalev. Maybe YOU thought he was moving to Showtime just to chase a fight with Hopkins. But the events of the past 16mos should tell you that all of this network switching has nothing to do with anything like that.
