This fight is not happening in Texas. It is not happening in NY. It will probably happen in Vegas and Arum will either have to apologize to the MGM Grand for his ****** rant or it will be at Mandalay Bay. LOL at Cowboys Stadium. Yeah right. The Martinez fight did about the same with the Lara and Angulo fights. If you wanna bring Floyd into it, Canelo made 2.2 with him, Cotto only did 1.4. He's Mexican, He's fighting on a Mexican Holiday, He's the younger star on the rise whose fame is bigger then Cottos right now, Canelos last opp/close win is more credible then Cottos last opp/beating up a cripple. Canelo wins.

This fight isn't gonna happen in Texas. This is an MGM Grand fight. Highly doubt Floyd will fight on that date when Cotto-Canelo is official.

Good luck on it being at the MGM Grand. MGM Grand is not giving that date to anyone besides Mayweather. Oscar knows this, Arum knows this. But the ignorant and foolish don't know this.

I agree that it won't happen in Texas, but there's a great chance it won't happen in Vegas either. Maybe if Canelo accepts a 25% split or something, maaaybe. There is a reason why suddenly Oscar and Arum have hinted at the fight being held somewhere outside of Vegas.

And Canelo ain't taking a low purse. I have absolutely no faith it happens in Vegas or Texas. It'll be interesting if the fight is even made to be honest, because both these guys have big egos. Believe it or not, the video is from a relevant source. Karceno has done bunches of interviews with Bob Arum and has his direct phone numbers, office and cell. Plus other people within Top Rank. And a few people within Canelo's circle.

So I would say listen to the information, but don't necessarily believe it blindly. Consider it though... And then also keep in mind, sometimes things change too.
