Devon has to put Khan to sleep to be in the shortlist for a Floyd fight. Khan needs to look impressive also. But I hopeFloyd doesn't fight either one of them.

It's funny to see people talking about Khan not having the power to beat Mayweather. His chances of winning have little to do with power. Khan's speed means the ability to win points against Mayweather... according to some.

What sense does it make for the winner of this fight to get Floyd next? If one of these guys fought Thurman and beat him, THEN I'd say they earn a shot at Floyd.

Only fighters that have a chance of beating Floyd are Lara and Manny...obviously GGG but he's too big... Thurman is too unproven at that level even if he has the power. I have a strong feeling that Floyd is going to go with Khan though. It's the only big enough marketable fight where he can really sell to casuals, let some hype build, and then skate to another boring easy decision without risking that health he covets so much... No way he goes with Devon even if he wins... and no way he goes with Thurman, too fresh still...mark my words, it'll be Khan...

I'm disgusted with Golden Boy; namely Oscar De La Hoya; how on earth can you say the winner of Khan V Alexander deserves a shot against Floyd Mayweather? What about Keith Thurman? What about Danny Garcia who mopped the floor with glass jaw gets hit by the slowest of counter punchers Amir Khan? How in the world can golden boy try to sell that fight to us? Especially after saying Canelo demanded a fight on that same date? And even after Oscar said that Canelo Cotto is a bigger fight than even Mayweather Paqiou. This is double talk by Oscar De La Hoya and he needs to be called out on it.

The writing is on the wall already; Mayweather will fight Khan on Cinco de mayo weekend and Golden Boy is putting Canelo on another date.

What a shame for boxing. This is the only sport where the best don't fight the best.

Every shooting guard and small forward had to play against Michael Jordan, and Michael Jordan didn't B I T C H out and say i'm only playing against this guard or forward, there was no picking and chosing, the best have to play against the best in the regular season and have no choice but to face the best in a tournament and for the championship title.

The same with the best pitcher going up against the best batter in baseball; you can't pick and chose, you face the competition.

Football, Soccer, Hockey, Tennis, and the real fight game UFC/MMA, they all play by the same rules; the best fight the best for the title.

Even though Floyd says "All I want is a fair fight". We all know that Floyd wants all the advantages he can get. So all those 140 fighters come up. No choice. If they win 1 fight in exciting fashion, its a bonus.
