Comments Thread For: Amir Khan: I Have To Win in Style To Get Floyd or Manny

Amir Khan sees his fight against Devon Alexander as a springboard to bigger things.

But the Briton says it does not mean he will take the American southpaw lightly when mey meet in Las Vegas on December 13.

"Obviously it's going to catapult the winner to bigger fights," Khan said in Los Angeles on Tuesday.

"Alexander wants the big fight and I want the big fight against Mayweather [or] Pacquiao.

"First of all I have to get through this fight in good style. I'm not looking past this fight. I have to stay hungry, stay focused."

Forget about that gutless loser Turd Floyd....the dude already ducked you hard. He learned his lesson against Maidana. Only slow powerless plodders from here on out for that POS. Go for the real fighters...Pac, Thurman etc.

Khan would actually have a better advantage over Floydie than the vast majority waiting in the wings. His speed alone with give him all kinds of problems. Floydie will play Duckie Floydie though, as usual. Scared sheetless of speedy fighters. Gotta look out for that health, eh Floydie? Never mind YOU HAVE A DEBT.

Were Khan to win by brutal KO or some demonstration of utter superiority, I could get more excited about him vs Floyd or Manny.

I wouldn't pay to see Khan fight either of them after beating Alexander

If he beats Alexander and then Porter than it'll be worth it imo

When's the last time Floyd fought someone coming off a loss where they looked bad?

Far as I can tell it was 8 years ago in 2006.

I think Pacquaio would have been a better example for what you said.
