Roc Nations will be going through all of Haymon's fighters and offering them sweet deals, and they'll all have to turn them down because Al won't give up control. By the end of next year, if all these different guys aren't seeing this kind of money and who ever Roc Nations picks up is, expect a class action lawsuit against Haymon, getting this turd kicked out of boxing once and for all. Haymon has a long history of milking networks and delivering **** fights, back with Andre Berto on HBO.

Roc Nation has done nothing in this sport. NOTHING!! So lets hold off on crowning them the saviour because for all we know they just want big name fighters to put on crap shows to line their pockets.

Funny but Thurman sat with Roc Nation behind Al Haymon's back just to see how much more he could get out of then. Bet that after getting the figures he went back to Al and said "looked here Al, Roc Nation is offering me a lot of money and what you got for me?" Then Al told him "Don't go with them, I'm ma get you the same amount fighting no bodies. How easy is that Chump?"

Roc Nation is looking pretty ******. They gotta step up! Cause round 3 goes to Al.

"It's nice to throw dollar signs in front of a young guy like me and I appreciate it. But I am a man of faith and I believe all that's coming to me in the future. As long as you have a '0' (on your record) it's like holding on to a golden goose egg."
so he changed his tune about not being afraid of letting his "0" go?? what happened keith??

Right now is the time for medicore boxers to get rich but their dumbass cant even see that.

Oscar needs fighters, RocNation dont like haymon so they gonna do anything to compete even offer dumb ass deals, Mayweather is roster is talentless and he gonna need a legit talent if he plans to make is cartoon promotional company into a reality, and all these promoters are beefing with each other one way or another so alot of opportunity to milk it but you cant if your dumb ass is signed to haymon.

These boxers can turn down these contracts and pretend its their choice but we know it really isnt. These boxers can relinquish their belts and pretend its their choice but we know it really isnt.

it was all a gimmick, he was calling out fighters just to build his name, now 7 bums laters and he still hasnt faced a legit oppenent but he built a lil fan base of idiots so he gonna milk that. Hey why fight the fights when you can just claim they ducking you and fight a bum as long as you still got your "0" they cant claim you are not the best right lol.

Ultimately, however, Thurman told ESPN.com that he passed on the offer before even bringing it to adviser Al Haymon to discuss.

Your quickly becomig one of the best opinions on this site.Really good post agree with most of it especially the first half.

Like I've said before this just appears to me as Roc sports having the blessing of HBO to disrupt and create friction in Haymons business. Divide and conquer

As far as them wanting line their pockets, they're willing to overpay for unproven products because they see potential. That likely says their about long term earning and not another typical boxing promoter like Shaw or Dibella who are just looking to cash in for an HBO paycheck at a casino.

But I also suspect they see a ***** in the Haymon armor by offering huge deals to alot of his fighters, and them being forced to turn the deals down. Thurman probably played it in his best interest to turn the deal down before speaking with Haymon. He knew he wouldn't have been able to accept the offer due to his contract with Al, so maybe this gets him in a better situation with Haymon. That said expect Errol Spence to be getting an offer any day now.
ive aeen them sign athletes in other sports and big athletes but have yet to see anything come from it. Boxing is an entirely different animal and i agree with Thurman that they have done nothing in the sport and very little in the other sports to show him they are the real thing. If ot were me i want to see what they do first before I sign away with them. What foghts are they offering? What % do they want? How often do i get dates? Does pay go up or is this flat rate? Lots and lots of questions and apparently he saw something he didn't like.

Now I'm not saying they won't succeed but they just haven't yet
