last time i checked floyd's career spanned over a decade, and floyd some time off during that decade......i still by what i said, floyd's overall body of work is more impressive to me.

LMAO!!! MAB was a great win i'll give you that, but jmm beat the **** outta pacquiao 4 times....floyd destroyed jmm. i'd also like to to add with the exception of jmm from 126 and 130, floyd fought the better version of every single common opponent that they have together.
Cotto was 145 for clottley. You went on Google didn't you?

What a shame. OSCAR picked Manny as a cherry pick, and retired.

Floyd fought Hatton at 140? No. He dragged him up after he lost to Collazo

True.. I dont havr to sh#t on Floyd to say I like Manny resume better. They both could have won that award. In reality who gives a sh#t abt this award. They both ATG and would have been great in any era.

            Cotto
hatton(better than gatti with a similar following)
canelo(if he keeps facing a beating the type of opponents is now)
            corrales(maybe)
judah(if he wins another title at this stage of his career)

thats 10 potential.....not saying first ballot but they're all potential hof'er's.

Wow getting into the HOF is easy then.

I guess Rios, Ledwaba, & Clottey can also get in.

I forgot genaro Hernandez. I think Floyd's a great fighter but that is not tied to him beating hall of famers.

Judah-no ****in way gets into the hof
                    Corrales-**** no
                    Hatton-don't make me laugh
Canelo- at the moment is not a hof

As for guys he did beat.

Gatti- we all know he's not a hof
                    Castillo-legit
                    Oscar-a little past it
                    Shane-not on peds
                    Cotto-past it
                    Jmm-destroyed him

Saying who's better based on how many hof they beat, to me, is not really valid because its outside of the context of the time frame. It just sounds good. It's all irrelevant because as I said earlier,
