Not just Khantards(whatever they are), but everyone and they are correct. Floyd does avoid fast fighters(as well as anyone approaching threatening). Its just silly to say that Khan avoids punchers since Garcia. Garcia isnt even the hardest puncher he's fought. Dislike the guy if you must, but thats pretty daft.
