Pacquaio knocked Marquez down three times in the first round of the first fight and couldn't finish him. The fact that there was even a disputed draw tells us just how badly Marquez outboxed Pacquaio for the next 11 rounds.

That's right JMM. Make him earn it and wait almost 4 years the way he did you between fights 1 & 2. And 3 years between 2 & 3. While you fought Barrera, Floyd, Casamayor, John, Juan Díaz etc etc in between, he's out here fighting Rios and now cheating Algieri on the scales.

Now potential fights with little guys like Mikey and Terrence Crawford loom. Don't give him a rematch, JMM.. Make him earn it

There were negotiations way way before 4 years. Marquez priced himself out of the fight and fought for peanuts and lost.

Secondly, its funny how you are contradicting yourself. With the exception of Floyd, you list all smaller fighters that Marquez faced and say how great that was but then talk differently about Manny even though, for the last 6+ years, all his fights have been for the WW title or higher.

manny fans are the most misinformed and delusional fans in sports. The nerve that they cite steroids as the X factor. memo was in his camp for the third fight when JMM out boxed manny... What happened there?

You pretty much answered your own question but it just didn't click in your head. That 3rd fight was more of a boxing match not a slug fest. Marquez was pretty ripped in that one but Memo was with him for a short amount of time. By the time the 4th one happened, there was enough time for the PEDs to do their job.

Even after getting caught and under oath, Memo said that he was proud of giving his athletes PEDs and stated that everyone should be on PEDs just to level the playing field.

Pacquiao was clearly robbed in that fight and it's a scientific fact.

He should prove he can do it clean, but then we saw how well he fights clean in the Bradley fight.

He was clean. There was no positive test. The commission did there job, tested his a and b sample and both came out negative. Good try though. What else you got?

Marquez is a man of honor. You have to admire him for taking this stance when he could make a lot of money for betraying his principles.
