This is why rematch clauses are put into contracts. In the event that you do get a shocking result - one arguably against the flow of the fight, the 'punchers' chance so to speak albeit I think that simplification is a diservice to Marquez walking Pac onto one - then there is an official recourse to ensure a chance for redemption.

Without that it comes down to the whim of the winner. It is clear Marquez wants to stick, not twist. The only thing Pac/Arum can do is put a big enough pot on the table to tempt him.

i don't really see the point of this fight. the 2 guys fought their all 4 times. the reason why the 4th fight happened was because the 3 fights were too close to call. but the 4th fight sealed the chapter of this rivalry. it didn't go the distance and Pacquiao got knocked out cold and must be the KO of the decade. it was the best way for the story to end. a 5th fight wouldn't be as awesome as the 4th fight ended. and this is coming from a Pacquiao fan.
