  • "but for 47 fights how many rounds has he actually lost in his career?"

Excellent post overall BUT we all know why Floyd hasn't lost many rounds in his career. He doesn't fight the best. PERIOD. It'd not a switch you can turn on and off as a fighter. Either you want to be great or you don't. Problem is, those fighters that seek greatness, have to take the necessary risks. This is where Floyd fails big-time, as well as other areas.

you really are dense.. so you want us to believe that floyd hasn't fought the best even though he has defeated these champions:

"you really are dense.. so you want us to believe that Floyd hasn't fought the best even though he has defeated these champions:

                  1. Genaro Hernandez wbc 130 HOF( HOF'mer?? I don't think so.)

                  2. Diego Corrales IBF 130 HOF( RIP Chico. Chico was dumb and drained. Not an impressive win. This was also Floyd's BEST win against a primed opponent. DC is not a HOF fighter, man.)

                  3. Jose Luis Castillo WBC 135 HOF( Castillo beat Floyd the first fight. Enough said. JLC is not a HOF fighter.)

                  4. Arturo Gatti WBC 140 HOF( Gatti was dumb and one-dimensional. Unimpressive win. AG is not a HOF fighter.)

                  5. Zab Judah IBF 147 HOF( Overrated and coming off a loss to CB of all fighters. Smh. ZJ is not a HOF fighter.)

                  6. Juan Manuel Marquez WBA/WBO 135 HOF( This was Marquez before he became Roidquez. Floyd cheated on the scales and made Marquez come up two full weight classes.)

                  7. Shane Mosley WBA 147 HOF( Mosley was OLD)

                  8. Oscar DE la Hoya WBC 154 HOF( Had 8rounds left that night. OLD)

9 Ricky Hatton IBF 140 HOF( Made him come up to Welterweight. On top of that, Hatton wasn't very skilled. Good win still. RH is not a HOF fighter.)

                  10. Canelo Alvarez WBC/WBA 154 HOF( Drained. Doesn't count. Plus, the jury is still out on Canelo, so how can he be a HOF fighter? He's still active. Learn the rules.)

                  11. Miguel Cotto WBA 154 HOF( Good Win.)

I am too smart to be dense. Watch yourself. Secondly, Floyd was on his way to being an ATG when he was with Top Rank. As soon as he left Top Rank, he has avoided the very best fighters in the world. This list of names you compiled doesn't mean much. WHY? First of all, who a fighter fights, is as important as when that fighter fights them.

                  • no your really dumb and borderline ******ed lmao..

                    1. Genaro Hernandez wbc 130 HOF( WBC, WBA, & Lineal super featherweight champion. inducted into WBHOF and WBC hall of fame in 2008.)

                    2. Diego Corrales IBF 130 HOF( won titles at 130 and 135. two weight world champ with 8 title defenses he is definitely HOF based on their criteria not yours)

                    3. Jose Luis Castillo WBC 135 HOF( floyd defeated the best 135lb of this era twice. Jose still went on to have a great career he will be in the HOF.)

                    4. Arturo Gatti WBC 140 HOF(despite what you think he was inducted in 2013.)

                    5. Zab Judah IBF 147 HOF( two weight world champion at 140 and 147 three time world champion 13 title defenses will be HOF)

                    6. Juan Manuel Marquez WBA/WBO 135 HOF( marquez will be in the HOF.)

                    8. Oscar DE la Hoya WBC 154 HOF( already in the HOF!)

9 Ricky Hatton IBF 140 HOF( two weight world champ will be inducted in HOF.)

                    10. Canelo Alvarez WBC/WBA 154 HOF(will have a brilliant career will be inducted once eligible.)

                    11. Miguel Cotto WBA 154 HOF( great career will be inducted once eligible.)

Yeah. He retired when Cotto, Mosley, Clottey, Margarito and others were brutalizing each other in the ring while he was sitting pretty on his couch watching the wear and tear these guys were going through. The irony is when he makes a come back we're supposed to honor him with additional greatness for being at a "disadvantage."
