Do you honestly think HBO executives and promoters look at their fights and say "Well Cotto did look better against his opposition than Canelo, he beat the MW champion bla bla bla..."

No man they look at numbers and revenue. Whoever pulls the better numbers get what they want. This is difficult because they're both powerhouse names and they both have leverage. Neither side can afford to let this fight go though so this is why it's tough, both of these divas want to get what the want.

You could argue that Lara won the fight but it was a close one, and there were some rounds where Lara was afraid of Canelo you could tell by that upper that cutted him above the eye. Cotto is a good mover but Lara is a Hell of a Mover, Canelo is gonna catch him and Cotto is gonna go down, easy as that.

Jose Cotto hurted him when he was 17........he's 24, been there with the best of the best and he hasn't been hurt, believe me Canelo has a solid chin.
He was NOT 17 dumbazz he was 20 years old.
