That's Marquez today. He knows his one punch KO of Manny was a fluke, he knows he can't duplicate or even beat Manny in a rematch, so willing to fight for a vacated 147 belt, but won't fight Manny for it to prove it wasn't a fluke. I say just give the belt to Marquez then; don't even have him fight anyone for it. He was willing to fight Bradley again for it, but not Pacquiao. What a puzzy!
