If he really works hard on his weaknesses, he should be a force for years to come. There is a lot of room for improvement, and if he learns from his mistakes, this could be a blessing in disguise. I don't know about a rematch, though...

Good luck to the man. If there is anything he can take from it, it is the fact that he has learnt one of the few styles that can beat his... IMO, there are only a few styles that would work against his. He found out early on, perhaps he can go on to win 20 consecutive fights in a row from here on in... its all a learning process still, and if he has learnt a weakness then he can only be stronger... sooner or later the Joe C style was gonna dismantle him... perhaps it was better now than later when he has all the belts.Comment

...It reminded me of what happened to Tyson and Holy as they got older and they just wouldn't let their hands go. They set like they are getting ready to punch but then they don't throw it. They just wait and wait and then never got the punches off. I'm not saying Lacy is at the end of his short career, it's just that the way he fought reminded me of old veterans who tell themselves to throw the punches but then they don't for some reason.Comment
