This isn't the interview I mentioned – I can't be arsed to look for it – but does Eddie Hearn mention a February fight or not (dailymail article: 2752442) ?

I know in reality it takes time to build a fight of this magnitude, but if Khan said to Brook "I'll take the Feb date or it doesn't happen", Brook would want it and Hearn could/would make something happen. Even if it's not the perfect Wembley scenario it would already be massive, and a bigger earner than Alexander. I'm not sure what the situation is with larger UK venues in Feb.... but then neither are you, right?Comment

If Khan doesn't get the Mayweather fight and says he wants to fight Brook, then Hearn will scrap the February return date and just go straight into the Khan fight in the summer.
Stadiums aren't available until the summer because of the football season. Hearn has already booked Wembley for May or June and it's quite obvious what fight he has in mind for then.Comment

First line, "Kell Brook could face British rival Amir Khan as soon as February".
You lack the vision of a promoter. So do I, so I don't have the answers that Hearn might come up with, but there are other venues in the UK besides football grounds that are used for large scale events: Tickenham, Hyde Park, etc.Comment

That's what the Daily Mail have erroneously printed themselves. It's not a quote from Hearn or Brook or anyone involved.First line, "Kell Brook could face British rival Amir Khan as soon as February".

Twickenham? The Six Nations will be going on then I believe. Hyde Park? LOL....mate, it's gonna happen at Wembley if it happens. That's what Eddie Hearn wants, he would never do the fight in February. They're looking to maximise the revenue for the fight so why would you not do it at Wembley?Comment
