I am confident I can become pro tomorrow and get 5 wins straight. Of course against complete tomato cans relative to my limited skills, I will need the perfect matchmaking, but it can be done. This is what Roy is doing and pretty much ever fan knows this. He just beats tomato cans, that relative to his diminished skills, are terrible boxers.

Roy Jones can stay doing what he's doing if it makes him happy, but don't go calling out top 20 fighters at cruiser.

Roy should quit now, he needs to retire. He can still contribute to the sport without fighting. He can work with his own promotional company to sign fighters and promote fights, he can continue to commentate. That's still contributing to the sport.
