This is why I laugh at Manny's fan base. Y'all criticize Floyd for fighting Maidana, the WBA WW Champ, but have little to say about Manny fighting Rios and Algeri, both Junior Welterweights, and Rios was coming off a loss. Y'all criticize Floyd for accusing Manny of PEDs without proof, then accuse Marquez of PEDs without proof. If you think Floyd should be fighting Khan, then shouldn't Manny be fighting Khan instead of Algeri? Y'all can't use the excuse of promoters, because Arum asked Roach about a Khan fight, and Roach said "Get me Danny Garcia." Why would pac fight kahn? Kahn sucks. Just cause algeri doesn't exactly have a big name or fan base doesn't mean kahn is a better option. Algeri is better at this point. Decent boxing skills, undefeated and has never been ko'd.

This is a good fight and the winner probably gets Mayweather, Khan looked great against Collazo, Alexander is no mug he could win this one, finally Khan is actually fighting someone to earn the Mayweather fight!

This is the sort of fight Amir Khan loses so the pressure is on him not only to win but do so impressively. I think his style is set up to do that against Alexander. He's long, equally quick and fires off combinations that should keep Alexander at bay. And he'll apply pressure. For all the crap Khan gets about his ring IQ, Alexander's isn't much better in spite of his physical gifts. I could see him struggling to win rounds against the busier fighter and being relegated to trying to land a homerun punch. And if Khan is truly ready, it won't happen.
