No problems here. Cotto gets to make a big payday vs Canelo before cashing out vs GGG. Cotto is solid, but if he gets past GGG he's superman... which is doubtful. And hey, he might not get past Canelo. More than a few wars on the old frame.

I'd pick Canelo to beat Cotto at this stage of his career. Cotto has been through quite a few wars as you mentioned, but he has much more experience. I feel like the youth and power will beat him though. Interesting matchup, because Cotto will definitely test Canelo's chin, and boxing IQ.

Folks on this site are funny. Haymon would have to literally drag Quillin kicking and screaming into the ring...On his back! Quillin won't even mention Golovkin's name when asked straight up. Leave Quillin to the Gabe Rosado's of the world...he didn't want none. Ward isn't fighting anyone and legally can't fight anyone..so explain to us how him and golovkin can fight?

It seems everyone dodges GGG. I think I would like to see GGG/Cotto. Not that I wouldn't want GGG/Canelo. I think Cotto would put up more of a fight though IMO. I don't understand the GGG doubters. I have seen very little reason to doubt him. He's the truth.

Why do people keep assuming that Cotto/Alvarez will take place in May 2015? Why does Sulamain think Cotto gives a damn about the WBC regular championship and will be willing to fight anybody for this title?

If Cotto/Alvarez happens at all, it will be in June, not May. Cotto may choose to fight someone else in March at 154 and then fight again (maybe against Alvarez) in June for no title. If Cotto/Alvarez do fight, the winner will fight Mayweather in rematch in September 2015.

GGG is a nobody financially and is not on anybody's agenda because he brings nothing to the table financially. Attracting 9,000 people to a fight with the help of an established superstar in Nonito Donaire fighting a tough opponent proves nothing.

Getting a little emotional cuz of that may date huh? What are ya so scared about?

Then there is no way GGG will get the chance to fight both of them if that happens. That sucks. GGG can fight Cotto first, Then GGG can Fight Canelo. Once GGG finishes them off, Let me get my Batman voice ready, Then Canelo and Cotto have my permission to fight each other.
