You can be on here posting another 10k posts on how you hate GGG and his fans and it would be useless. You wont be convincing anyone else to like your style of boxers. And its comical how youre trying to compare GGG and Ward as theyre in different parts on their career paths.

Get off your high horse and pedestal...just because you like slick technical defensive boxers doesn't mean you're above or know more of fans of other boxers.

This is part of why he is getting so popular. He may not be fighting the best but at least he stays very busy. It feels like he always has a fight just around the corner. Easy for hype to build that way. Even if he is knocking out b and c level guys.

1. Floyd Joy Mayweather - still fighting over the hill guys or guys who are too "green" - calls himself "Money" but continues to duck Pacquiao and fight for less money...

2. Triple G - almost 33 and has no names of notoriety on his resume... Ward makes no financial sense but just fought Marco Antonio Rubio...

3. Andre Ward - Ducked Kovalev... ducked fighting Froch in England... won't leave America and especially not Cali...

4. Ghost Guerrero - keeps ducking Keith Thurman... and thinks he's a bigger name than he is because he was Floyd's easy "Mexican" opponent for Cinco De Mayo...

Aight... lemme get this straight... Golovkin is ducking a guy who is coming up on a year of inactivity, has had multiple opportunities to take a fight presented by his promoter but instead chose to sue him.... and doesn't look to get back into the ring until 2015.

I mean, Ward hasn't turned down a fight during his inactivity period yet has he... expect the ones he said were steps back....

The fact that they are at different points in their careers is why I'm skeptical of GGG. Fought in the same Olympics, been pros basically same amount of time, GGG is several years older. Ward has established him self as an elite, and arguably the best in the sport. GGG's resume is that of a prospect that has recently broken through to contender status.

GGG said he'd fight anyone from 154-168. The 168 lb lineal champ and #2 p4p boxer is saying I want to fight you. The top boxers at 160 are not saying this and don't seem remotely interested in fighting him.

Let's hope they make the fight. Side note: I noticed HBO made sure Max didn't ask ggg about ward or floyd.
