SMH, Rubio got robbed. He was just laying down in a mockery of how little he thought of Golovkin's power.

I think the problem with Rubio was how he lay on his back and sprawled, as if he were knocked out, although he was still fully concious. Referee must've panicked a bit and made his mind up way before the count of 10 that Rubio wasn't fit to continue.
