Although there are alot of road blocks to a Floyd Vs Pacquiao bout...
I can see this being a additional roadblock.

So if Floyd and Manny happens, will it be at 140lbs?
Because I can see it now, Roach is gonna argue that Manny is much more comfortable at 140.

Pac will not have problem fighting floyd at either 140 or 147.

floyd hasn't fought any other atg's but that doesnt take away the fact that he has fought the better version of hof'er's they fought.

Stop with the back and forth about that as it is pointless. He has made up his mind. Floyd could K.O. Superman and all of the Avengers plus the Kraken at the same time and they would still find someway to criticize him for it.

Realistically speaking, Manny's marquee fights are retreads of Floyds. It wasn't Marquez that boosted him to stardom it was Oscar, Shane, and Hatton. Floyd had already been there and done that. The only fight he had that wasn't a carbon copy of something Floyd already did was Cotto.

Everything else has just been cold calculations, and smoke and mirrors. Going up and fighting Margarito for a belt that belonged to Sergio Martinez who pretty much begged to fight him for it. They made up a belt for Manny to fight for so he would have to fight Sergio for his, pathetic.

When Floyd went up he fought the actual champ, all three times. He is simply the better fighter. His public image sucks balls so it makes him an easy target but that is his own fault. As far as fighting goes he is second to none, the guy is that good, although Boo Boo would beat him. I had to add that.....sorry.

pacs career is over, its not like he was gonna fight a legit WW anyway. Now we know its true, that Arum was the reason the floyd fight didnt happen and never was in the plans. Arum just wanted to promote is fighter with TBE to raise his stock. His promoter b4 Arum said he wouldnt let Pac anywhere near TBE, Arum already admitted how good he thinks floyd is, and his old physical trainer said its Arum that wouldnt make the fight 4 years ago and again a couple of months ago. Now he's gonna go get KO'd vs Danny garcia, the cash out is on. Pac will be remembered for using PED's and avoiding TBE, then running down to 140 to avoid him again. Khan is gonna beat him also in his last fight. Algeiri, Garcia, and Khan to end his career. but he's still gonna need money so he'll be sacrificed to Mikey as the finisher.

What makes this worse is that Top Rank lays into Floyd saying he won't work with Arum as an excuse yet they bring up network and promoter issues as reason they can't fight any of the talent at WW. Thurman, Garcia, Khan and Maidana have been calling out Manny for well over a year.

The WW division is the most talented right now and Manny is trying to move to 140? To fight who? Matthyse, Broner, and Garcia are all moving up next year and they made this clear for a while now so who is he going to be fighting exactly? Mikey Garcia is trying to break away from Top Rank so what are they going to move up Donaire?

If an ATG is an ATG as you posted above, why does it matter if they were prime when Floyd fought them?
