What makes this worse is that Top Rank lays into Floyd saying he won't work with Arum as an excuse yet they bring up network and promoter issues as reason they can't fight any of the talent at WW. Thurman, Garcia, Khan and Maidana have been calling out Manny for well over a year.

The WW division is the most talented right now and Manny is trying to move to 140? To fight who? Matthyse, Broner, and Garcia are all moving up next year and they made this clear for a while now so who is he going to be fighting exactly? Mikey Garcia is trying to break away from Top Rank so what are they going to move up Donaire?

Idk i don't like this move 147 is stacked. Also do people not see Pac is much bigger now he grew into a full fledged 147lber. i don't think 140 will be as comfortable to make as 147.
