If Triple G is willing to fight Froch/Chavez Jr..at 168..he needs to consider Ward or else he's ducking...if Triple G plans to stay at 160 that's different...

Ward ducked Kovalev...let's not act like he didn't... But Triple G should fight Ward if he can't get a big fight or else Triple G will be fighting the Rubios of the world.

Golovkin's star power is rising, but the feared puncher does not consider himself a star. To get there, he believes that a signature fight is needed, on HBO Pay-Per-View, against one of three biggest names within his reach - WBC middleweight champion Miguel Cotto, superstar Saul "Canelo" Alvarez or super middleweight contender Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. [Click Here To Read More]

Of course GGG is targeting one of these three guys. That is because he is a nobody who needs a star to sell tickets and give him a payday. If he supposedly can't find anyone at 160 to fight him, he should do what Paul Williams did -- move up in weight. There are at least four or five guys in the top 10 at 168 who would have no trouble fighting GGG. Yet, he prefers to fight a guy who started his career at 130 or 140. What nonsense!

Golovkin isn't trying to be great. He's not appeasing hardcore boxing fans. He's taking the path of least resistance and taking all his fanboys for a ride. The ****riders will keep bouncing until their asses are full of cum.
Cotto is the only other champion in his division... Canelo has had his last 2 fights at MW and just said he would fight GGG to the media. Chavez is not a good fighter but it's not only a bigger guy a division above him, it'll be a bad style match up for GGG I think because Chavez has a good beard and comes forward. Being the bigger man will only be a bigger advantage because of his style. He doesn't want to fight Ward because Ward doesn't fight anyone, ever. GGG has a bigger fanbase than Ward, he's growing faster than Ward (as a draw) and Ward has no promoter to sue so he'll come up with a different excuse to duck the fight now.

Then again, dead people have sued companies before I can easily see Ward subpeona Goosen from the grave to avoid any fight outside of Oakland.

Well, the guys that start in lower weight classes can't become middle weight champions and then NOT fight the best competition in that division with the excuse that they're too small and being bullied on...unless they want to nullify the meaning of having the belt

lets say he did-the comparable fight would be with Adonis-the lineal champ, right?

I think Canelo will if he gets past Cotto. Jr might too.

Dawson before that, Kovalev now or Hopkins. Lots of fights at 175 for Andre, he's just scared that when he leaves Oakland and loses the ref he might get in trouble for headbutting and holding.

There is no one good at 168 that he hasn't beaten, where GGG has not cleaned out the division. GGG is in the process of doing that, calling out the guys he needs to beat to prove himself and he gets **** for it. GGG didn't have a special tournament with everything in his favor to prove he is the man in the division so he is doing it the old fashioned way.

don't switch it up. if Ward moves up like GGG the comparable fight is Stevenson-the lineal champ and best in the division.

That said, I'd take froch v ggg.
