      Take off your blinds.

Giving credit when credit its due its a trait that any decent man will want to have. I assume that you are 7 years old and still developing.

We all know Martinez wasn't prime, but I don't want to hear excuses. There's no denying that first monster hook shook Martinez. That was a great victory for Miguel, and he shocked a lot of people. Give the man his credit. War Cotto!

Most of the people crying foul now are the ones that voted Martinez by KO in the master thread, lol, go figure.

I think that first left hook you're talking about definitely had a huge impact on the fight. Martinez never seemed to recover from it, which led him to continue getting hit with it.

Of course, there's the other side. It's very possible that if Martinez had healthy legs and was able to move like he did before, he could have recovered.

But who really knows? At the end of it all, it was a great win for Cotto.

Am I missing something? Didn't Martinez himself say it was nothing to do with his knee- he got hit with a big shot early on that affected his equilibrium and he never recovered.

Unless you know better than Martinez of course.

Martinez is a sportsman and has class, he didnt try to make excuses. Was pretty clear his knees were shot. As we were reminded in the Soliman fight, it is difficult to keep balance witch a knee injury.

Cotto hasn't been prime since like '09 though. Lol

Exactly! Serg was suppose to **** lil jr mw Cotto at mw. Instead, he got his **** rocked. And this video shows the monster left hooks being landed perfectly. Idc, prime Cotto beats prime Sergio. Might not trash him but he stills beats him.

Martinez was well passed it but let's be honest so was Cotto.

Cotto's been passed his best for years now, he's still very good but no where near his best.

Cotto impressed me that night, I thought he'd get destroyed and his power looked very impressive IMO.
