Then he gets his first credible win with Lucas even though the man was blind for half the fight....

Then he lost to Herrera, after which he fought the equivalent of "2nd best fighter at your local unknown boxing gym somewhere along lake Minnewanka somewhere in Canada...

And did everyone forget how after his win against Khan everyone was talking about just how bad Khan's chin was rather then "uuu that boi Danny is the truth....

People need to let Danny breathe, and quit acting like MOST of the top fighters didn't have a few soft touches at some point. Look at ATG's like Leonard, Hearns, Chavez etc. Theirs quite a few "salka's on there. His ultimate goal is to obviously get big fights and I'm sure he will soon. People need to be patient, before Salka he was coming off of a very tough schedule. And isn't Herrera champion now?

He's had his soft touch. Postol is his mandatory. If he wants to gain money and prestige from being an ABC champ then he needs to defend against said ABCs mandatory challenger.

Hank Lundy is a good win, but Aydin is arguably at least as good. Furthermore Postol dominated Aydin in a way that neither Guerrero or Soto Karass were able to, and is the only fighter to have stopped the Turk. Similarly with Hank Lundy - Molina got the late KO in a fight he had been losing badly and Beltran sc****d by Hank whereas Postal beat him convincingly.

Postol ain't a huge name, but he doesn't have to be - he's proved himself in the ring and has shown himself to be as deserving as DSG was when he got his own title shot.

Regardless of whether DSG knows who Postol is, Victor has earned his shot. Dannys ignorance is no reason not to fight the guy.
