My only point was that if it's in a regular ring, Floyd doesn't have the legs to avoid shots if the other guy is aggressive and let's his hands go.. Cotto and Maidana both found success vs Floyd, and Ortiz was starting too until he showed he was an idiot..

Floyd's legs aren't what they were, so he needs a huge ring or a non aggressive fighter like ghost and canelo were when they fought Floyd...

I don't even remember the ring for manny-margs,, maybe it was big, I honestly don't remember, but I do know that the Floyd-Maidana 2 rematch had the biggest ring I have ever seen.. I jumped right out early in the fight, I have seen big rings before but nothing like that..

And for the record I think all rings should be 20x20, anything over favors the mover too much and anything smaller favors the puncher more..

I dont know so much Floyd is a very good inside fighter , I think its a case of underrating one and over rating the other , they have both slipped to the point its a good fight again

Im just seeing if your consistent I see it a lot people rubbishing Floyd when Manny does the same thing , I agree 20 ft should be the norm , both fights used a 26ft ring , and both for the same reason , Ive said it all along you cant hate on Floyd and prop Manny there is too many similarities .

I dont think Floyd would go toe to toe and I dont think Manny will either it will have its moments but will be fought more at range than in a phone booth , the forum is just taking things people say word verbatim as usual .

well,,,he struggled with cotto and paq is more dangerous on the inside than cotto imo. Im not saying Floyd cant fight on the inside as he clearly can but it would be to his disadvantage against paq

He should struggle with Cotto as Miguel had a 14 lb weight advantage on him , dont underestimate the fact that Floyd will weigh a pound or 2 " more " than Manny , thats pretty rare with Floyd and it changes the power ratios dramatically Im sure it will mean a lot on the night , Floyd has not fought a guy smaller than him on the night for many years .

Like I said hope they fight and finish all this forum BS .
