My brother Jimmy has it, but only on his Hands and a part of his forearms. It is weird. Just parts of his skin with no pigmentation. When he was younger he would try to mask it with that spray on tan stuff, which would turn his hands orange LOL

I have a spot on my face with no pigment since I was 15. it has not spread out since then but you never know. it is funny cause its right in middle of my beard so I have a spot of white hairs lol
