guy sucks ass, haven't watched him since his debut, people hyping him up, like what i saw in the amatuers i saw in his debut, nothing special

and this latest fight, nothing special, the guy lifts so many weights, yea he's strong, but the only way he can have snap is if he's arms are loose so he doesn't have much power, and even if he decided to load up his stamina will die after 10 punches, skills dont look like anything special, and was he rocked there?

man these up and comers have nothing at all on the klitschko's
the division will really be void of skill when the klitschko's leave from the looks of it

I agree that he doesn't look anything special as of yet, but the reason behind the hype is his potential. He started boxing at the age of 18 and won an Olympic gold medal a couple of years later. His legacy will depend on how he is handled in these next couple of years as this is what will mould him as a fighter. I think so far Eddie Hearn has done a tremendous job of that so far.

Even Klitschko himself says AJ is the future of the division.

i remember when gold medalists used to have great footwork and good defense

why does anthony joshua rest his head on the chest of a man that looks like he's about 6 inches shorter than him?

Yep. Plus James Ali Bashir, a trainer of Wladimir, called Joshua a "mammoth" heavyweight and said he'd be a big player in the Heavyweight division within 12 months.

He too was impressed greatly by Joshua. He was watching Joshua and Wladimir when they were sparring, plus obviously he was in camp so he saw Joshua training and everything.

I don't think he looked his sharpest tonight. But it was an overall good performance.

yep, it looks like the future of the division is bleak so...

i wonder if he could get past wilder, wilder has very little skill, alot less than joshua, but he's strong, all he has to do is hit him and he's not too hard to hit

would be interesting, although not a great fight, and i dont see joshua being anything to write home about

There's been talk of getting him in with Fury by the end of next year, but to be honest I don't think he'll have a real "calibre" fight for at least 2-3 years. Until then I'll withhold my judgement, but I am excited to see how he progresses over that period of time.
