He had a shoulder injury. He was actually slated to fight on Mayweather's undercard. It's not like he's turned down fights. Quit the contrary, fighters keep turning him down.

He deserves more of a shot for a welter weight title than Bradley, JMM, Rios and Algeiri combined. Let a lone Khan. Thurman ACTUALLY fights at 147, wins at 147 and holds an interim title at 147. He's also Floyd's mandatory, at least from what he said in one of his recent interviews when speaking on his title and future plans (of wanting to fight anyone and everyone, GBP, TR, on HBO or SHOWTIME).

If you want to look at undeserving fighters, look at Jermaine Taylor who just won a title. Let a lone Pac fighting Margarito for a title that neither deserved in a weight class that neither fought at. In a perfect world, it would be Brook vs Thurman and the winner getting Mayweather. Khan is the LEAST deserving of them, especially at 147.

Khan needs to sign this fight ASAP

Unfortunatly (for him) He will probably be too busy trying to tickle Floyds nuts...then Floyd will fool him once again and face Brook leaving Khan opponent-less LOL

And what exactly has khan done at 147 lbs??? Thurman is the interum wba champ and floydies mando. Let me guess, theres no money in that fight doe. Real boxing fans dont care about the money. I don't. Im not getting a cut of whatever they get. I just wanna see the best, competitive fights.

It'd say Khan and Thurman are in the same boat, both need a notable win.
Being injured or not, I don't see how Thurman can walk in to a big title fight after beating up a shot Diaz. Probably the same reason why you think Khan wouldn't deserve a shot after beating Collazo. At least with Brook v Khan there is a rivalry and will whip up a lot of hype in the UK, so on that part it makes more sense.

So they're finally admitting they're only focused on Khan and they're willing to wait for Khan. They're not interested in taking an interim fight because it's just too risky the Khan fight might disappear on thin air. Brooks manager even pretended they want to take Rios first.

Right after the Porter fight these clowns went on yapping, "Khan should be begging for the fight now, he can forget about dictating the terms of the fight," and all that hate-filled nonsense. It now appears they're the ones begging for the fight.

They're not even interested in taking Marquez who called Brook out.

Nothing much. Same as Thurman, even though Thurman has been fighting at 147 all his career.

same as thurman? You mean the former prospect that is the current interum-wba ww champ and mandatory to floydies title? You mean the same thurman both guerrero AND maidana ducked? The same thurman that hearn doesnt want fighting khan and whenever his name comes up he dismisses him? I smell fear from the uk fighters.

No, Khan and Thurman are not in the same boat. Thurman is Mayweather's mandatory while Khan is being made fun of for being KO'ed by Garcia. Thurman isn't turning fights down in order to get Mayweather like Khan has done. In fact, Thurman is calling out the very same guys Khan has turned down.

Khan is the LEAST deserving and has done absolutely nothing at 147. The same goes for Pac at 147. He's not even fighting guys who fight AT 147. However that fight has history, where as a Khan fight doesn't. That is more of a money fight than a meaningful one.

In a perfect world, Brook vs Thurman and the winner getting Mayweather are technically the best possible welter weight fights to be made.

In the UK sure, Brook vs Khan would be huge but not as meaningful as Brook Thurman and winner getting Mayweather. Khan should be fighting Maidana, Guerreo, Porter, or even Garcia again. Dare we mention JMM, Pac and Bradley, Top Rank fighters.

what do you mean Floyd doesn't need him? people that post that stuff are not boxing fans. How are you not going to want Mayweather vs Pacquiao happen? that's just ******.
