Looks like Shane was taking it easy on the dude to not kill his ego. Shane at his age was still able to get his shot in on this guy. He hasn't fought anyone and is being fed easy fights to make him llok good. Hell at this point even Jermaine Taylor could knock this dude out....

Sure it was sparring but even in sparring you shouldn't look like a bum. Shane played with this guy & once he stop running away from real competition he'll get exposed. The dude is all hype plain & simple....

Watch the whole vid he is desperately trying to catch Sugar while sugar moves away from almost all the shots he throws. GGG just looks liek a typical heavy handed guy with no skill. Sugar is outclassing him and won on the outside and you are telling me floyd would get beaten badly by this ? your serious? lol

He is barely getting to MOsley and cant even knock him down and you are telling me he will beat someone 3 times as good and fast as mosley.get youre facts straight please and hop off the hype train and you will realize hes nothing special.

Lol he can barely get to him

So we base everything on sparrings now?? Like thats how exactly its gonna play out if ever they fight in the actual ring?

Well, im not saying we couldn't get anything out of it, and besides that's exactly how floyd should deal with GGG or for that matter everyone else, with speed and movement, anyone smart enough should know that, coz not everyone is ward or hopkins who can tie em up.

But cmon men, dont tell it like its the absolute truth.

the bigger question is, will floyd ever fight him? everyone would lean to NO.
even if you think he'll be easy for floyd, everyone else doesnt think that way.
GGG is tough for anyone, let alone to a small guy in floyd, coz he gives his all and has natural gifts.

sparring is sparring. we can get something out of it, but we couldnt base it all there. some top fighters just play in the sparrings. what matters is when the spotlight is on you, everyone's adrenaline rush changes.

floyd beats GGG in a boxing match all day, but iff GGG lands a clean shot which is 75% likely it can be lights out for floyd

it's a well known fact that GGG doesn't go close to 100% in sparring. he probably at best goes at 30-40%. if he went full killer mode and put everything into the sparring then he would have retired mosley right then and there.

Mosley was sure was about whooping that ass, jabbing moving countering, outwrestling ducking, rolling slipping............Outclassing in every facet, like a pro to a amateur

Honestly these older fighters from the 90's/2000's need to stick around, the skill and fundamentals have digress so much that we see stuff like this, we have BHOP dominating about to be a undisputed champ at 50 when JT and others including a Old Roy having him look finished and faking low blows for time.......Some food for thought for you people about whats going on in the sport, and how these network manufactured hype jobs have ruined everything, the game is more about the look and marketability rather than fighting

I would love to see 40'ish year old fighters like Oscar and Tito give it their all for 3-4 years and mop the floor, with the GGG, Canelo, Thurmans and other hyper jobs of these days

I saw this also, he barely threw and aint load up on any right hands which GGG was wide open for at times and he simply feint or threw a laser right straight..........

This video had to be before his Achilles injury I truly think that injury is what did him in boxing wise, unfortunately he got it pre Manny, and his legacy may be tainted for performances like that
