As great as a fighter Floyd is, everyone has limits. If Floyd ever did sign the dotted line to fight ggg, I would bet a couple paychecks on GGG to win.

There is such a thing called biting off more than you can chew and if Floyd did sign up to fight GGG now that is exactly what he would be doing. His best days are behind him. He knows himself that he has to tread carefully from this point on.

golovkin's chin is too good. his jab is too long to counter consistently. he's arguably the biggest hitter in boxing. he's a true middleweight, and poses all of the problems that a boxer has when he moves up in weight. golovkin is longer, harder hitting, and has a better chin than the men floyd.


he beats floyd up, and knocks him out. what the hell is floyd going to do other than move [run] away?


i love floyd mayweather. i aid a lot of money to see him fight in vegas. there's a reason he doesn't take this fight. he's got virtually no shot of winning. i doubt that he finishes the fight. i also doubt that he'd ever fight again after a beating like that.



not fighting golovkin is a good decision. floyd is a natural WW. he has no business with a true MW with a great chin and punching power.
