caribe was the only bidder in their only star fighter, they bid so low that no decent fighter is going to take the fight, whose fault is it?
they could have invested in their star and have a good fight with a decent purse in south florida, add some other cubans, mexicans, puertoricans, etc to the event and at least try to build a following in the area, but nah, it's easier to blame somebody else...
