Because he never wanted to take that chance of all those flurries from angles, he knew Pac would be a tough fight for him.

STop with this **** the fight was never going to happen and its Floyds fault, Arum and Pac can't do jack ****, the ball is in Floyds court if he wants it he can have it any day he wants, why don't people realizet his? only one person can make this fight and thats Floyd nobody else.

Again, even the dumbest of Pac fans know this, but its NSB so intentional misunderstanding or misinterpretation of anything Floyd says is acceptable.
I get what your saying, but is there anyone more deserving of a shot than Pac at this point? In all honesty, I can't wait for both of them to retire.

The threads on NSB would half over night

I don't see it happening either. Arum can't risk losing both Cotto and Pacquiao to losses. I see Alvarado after Algieri for Manny.

Where are your links? You speak like you're the authority on the saga. Turned down twice? News to me.

Given a take it or leave it offer with bs terms is what you call an offer or a half assed offer you know will be rejected and only offered because it's guaranteed to be rejected and save face? Floyd's camp didn't even entertain negotiating.

I don't pay for Floyd fights, just watch the highlights.

I used to like Floyd as a boxer, but his fights all seem to be sparring sessions these days with no replay value or drama.

Watch out! You might make the floydtards mad and when they get mad theyll remind you about something that happened over 4 years ago. Never mind that pacquiao HAS NEVER failed a drug test or even RUMORED to fail a drug test.

Whats the reasoning behind the drug testing that floydie wanted:

Is that Pacquiao's excuse? "I was ducking yesterday but I really want the fight today." That sounds a lot like a famous quote from his promoter.

Everything from purse split, drug testing, glove size, ring size, venue, weigh in order, catchweight, etc has to be his way or the highway.
People tend to forget that Pac had a handful of demands during the first negotiations ring size, gloves, and a $10 million dollars if Floyd weight more than the 147lbs. Floyd asked for testing and Pac declines the fight. If Pac would've took the test that big of a fight would've been a great stage for the awareness of random testing in order to clean up the sport. but yet in the present Pac is praised for finally doing random tests.
