Honestly, 90% of the 'elite' Welterweights haven't done anything very significant. If Khan doesn't deserve a fight, than neither does Thurman, Porter, Alexander, Brook, and many others. The only Welterweight that has done something significant is maybe Bradley (and even he is up for debate). Alot of these guys are pretty much all in the same boat, and what separates them tends to be popularity.

I never said Pacquaio isn't deserving of a shot. Only that an argument can be made for Bradley deserving a shot (but even that too is up for debate and criticism). My main point is that pretty much, anyone can argue that none of the Welterweight deserves a shot.

The only one everyone generally can agree deserves it is Pacquaio. Everyone else, you can always play the game of 'well, who did he beat?' I left out Pacquaio because that's all you guys argue about everyday like psychos.
