Good for Taylor and all but if this is all just to set Quillin up with another belt it will be absolutely disgusting. The interview with Quillin made me despise him even more than I already did. He "wants the big names", like a shot to shit Jermain Taylor presumably. What an utter ****.

Awesome, another belt for Haymon to hold hostage. Seriously he's been giving us the worst fights in boxing for years dammit. I'll never forgive being Andre Berto'd out of fight nights that could have been used for something close to a decent fight.

I'm the only one that watches boxing in my circle of friends and going home to watch crap fights drives me crazy. I mean seriously Arum gives us some lackluster undercards in terms of star power but usually the fights aren't as bad as watching Wilder in tuneup #47.....even when Arum was letting Gamboa/Juanma marinate, we still saw them in against some decent fighters like Salido as opposed to Salka.

This guy needs to effing go and it scares me that HE might be bringing boxing to regular tv...

Even with a win over Taylor, Quillin gets nowhere... That's the blueprint for how Haymon is "reviving" the sport...

I concur.would send green but I'm all out.

It is a damn shame guys like Murray,Macklin and Stevens can't get a title but some dude from the Walking Dead walks in and takes a title on a whim.

Fell asleep midway through this one. Happy for JT, he was always one of my favs. That said, he has no business being in a boxing ring. He had bleeding on his brain after the AA fight. His behavior has been erratic to say the least. His eyes appear to be glassed over. And his speech is slurred. He's always stuttered, but its worse now. He is in danger of really getting hurt. Not to mention hurting someone else on the street because of his deteriorating health. Would love to see him quit, but he won't. Put him in with any other middleweight titlist and he probably leaves the ring on a stretcher.

Unlike most of his clown ass fanbase, GGG seems like a pretty classy guy. And I'm sure if you caught him in a private and honest moment. He would likely admit that he would be uncomfortable fighting JT in his current condition.

He would be doing him a favour by beating the racist out of him.
