Look at who he's been facing:

    -Clottey
    -Margarito
    -Mosley
    -Marquez
    -Bradley
    -Rios

Only one those guys has ever been knocked out and that was a drained, mindf4cked Margarito who still took some of the most brutal punishment I've ever seen and he was really more worn out and TKO'd than ever KO'd, he was even smiling the last time he went down.

So 6 guys, 5 have never been ko'd, 3 of those will be known for having legendary chins.

No. he just fights guys with good chins and bigger. If he goes down in weight you will see a difference.

But that fight should have been stopped he gave margarito a career ending beating

No, Pacquiao has lost the number of cherry picks that can make his power look good.

            Shane is a huge puncher

even if they didn't stop that fight, Shane managed to knock marg down multiple times

manny hit marg much more than Shane yet couldn't put him down once

I think he should start making his opponents wear pillows like TBE so he can showcase his power without fear of getting KO'd. Atleast with pacman you know he's going to go for the KO with such an advantage, with TBE he still ran and held like a little hoe every time Maidana got close with his pillow gloves.

It was the way they were hitting him.

Mosley was loading up on single KO punches, really sat down on every punch he threw and they were smashing Marg's head around.

Manny was just popping him in the face with speedy combinations all night long.

Pacquiao was also dealing with a much bigger size disadvantage than Mosley. Use your ****ing brain dude.

Pac beat guys more with sheer ferocity than punching power. Although yeah, he obviously has some nice pop. But lets be real. At 147 the guy is still fighting above his weight class. **** ain't easy for a little fella.

And to answer the question, yes, I do think he has lost a little off his punching power. That's what happens when you get older.

                    No

Power is one of the last things to go and look at Pac's legs/calves. The power is still there

Look at the guys hes been fighting, hes either given them the worst beating of their career or one of the top 3 beatings

He's definitely lost power, but not all of it. His speed and barrages of punches are what his opponents feel and it is the equivalent of power. He does not have 1 punch power anymore.
